Production process of solar panel assembly
Film selection and cutting: Select qualified battery cells, remove waste and color inconsistent cells, and ensure the appearance and quality of the battery cells.
String welding: Connecting battery cells in series through welding strips to prepare for stacking.
Stacking: Assemble the battery cells into the required plate shape to ensure that the voltage and power meet the design requirements.
Bus bar for series and parallel connection: The series and parallel connection of battery cells is achieved through bus bars to ensure that the final voltage and power meet the requirements.
IV testing: Test whether the parameters of the solar panel meet the power requirements, classify the output parameters of the battery voltage and current, and improve the utilization rate of the battery.
EL testing: Confirm through testing that there are no cracks, virtual soldering, or detachment issues on the battery cells.
Layering: The tested battery cells are melted with EVA adhesive at high temperature to form a complete stack, ensuring physical properties and structural stability.
Frame installation: Use high-strength aluminum alloy frame to protect the solar panel and prevent mechanical damage.
Glue application and cleaning: Apply glue between the frame and battery cells, and clean up excess glue.
Welding junction box: Weld the junction box of the battery board together to complete the final assembly.
Appearance inspection and packaging: Finally, conduct appearance inspection and packaging before entering the warehouse.
