1.This screen is the primary interface for configuring the welding process. The operator interacts with this touchscreen to define the parameters that control the ultrasonic welding. Key functions and displayed information include:
Manual/Auto Switch : A physical switch or button to select between manual and automatic operation modes. As described before, manual mode allows direct control, while automatic mode runs a pre-programmed sequence.
Reset Button : A button to reset the machine, clear errors, and return it to a known starting state.
Emergency Stop Button : A large, prominent button to immediately stop all machine operation in an emergency situation. This is a crucial safety feature.
