Our production lines are designed to produce all kinds of solar panel using a streamlined and proven process, incorporating the latest advancements in automation and quality control. The general process flow is as follows (refer to the illustrative diagram below):
2.Cell Testing and Sorting: Incoming solar cells are rigorously tested and sorted based on their electrical performance characteristics. This ensures consistent module output.
3.Tabbing and Stringing: High-precision tabbing and stringing machines connect individual solar cells into strings using conductive ribbon and automated soldering. This is a critical step for module performance and reliability.
4.String Layup: Robotic layup systems precisely position the cell strings onto the glass sheet, ensuring accurate alignment.
6.Automatic Trimming: Excess encapsulant is precisely trimmed from the edges, preparing the module for lamination.
7.Lamination: The assembled layers (glass, encapsulant, cells, backsheet/glass) are bonded together under heat and pressure in a high-performance laminator, creating a sealed and weatherproof module.
10.Framing: A durable aluminum frame is automatically applied, providing structural support and facilitating mounting.
11.Busbar Welding: Busbars are welded to the ends of the cell strings, connecting them electrically to create the desired module voltage and current.
12.Curing: The potting compound is cured in a controlled environment.
13.Corner Milling (Optional): Frame edges are finished for safety and aesthetics.
Testing (IV and EL): Rigorous testing is performed to ensure the module meets performance specifications and is free from hidden defects. This includes:

18.Labeling and Sorting: Modules are labeled with product information and sorted based on their performance characteristics.
